Day 1: Belize City - Mountain Pine Ridge
|
Arrive into Belize City at (time to be confirmed) and be picked up by hotel transportation for transfer to Mountain Pine Ridge Area in the Maya Mountains… When staying at the Hidden Valley Inn, adventures abound in the surrounding 300-square-mile Mountain Pine Ridge Reserve and amidst 7200 acres of private reserve. The Inn is surrounded by dozens of private waterfalls, miles of hiking and biking trails, and bird watching opportunities; all in tropical and pine forests with the region’s most trusted and knowledgeable guides. Many adventurous tours are also possible outside the property such as tours to the inland Blue Hole, horseback riding, canoeing, underground river hikes, river inner-tubing, and of course tours to the many wonderful Mayan Archeological sites including the world famous Tikal Ruins in Guatemala. Day 2: Mountain Pine Ridge (Free Day)
|
Free day to enjoy the various activities possible directly from the resort. Today we recommend visiting the many blissful Waterfalls in the area by foot or mountain bike. Even if you set out very early, a 12 hour day will only allow you to see maybe half of these amazing sites, and considering you will probably want to swim and relax in each one of them, we feel you will have time for only 3 or 4. Please ask the hotel concierge of a list of waterfalls to visit, maps of the area, and their recommendation based on your interests and level of adventure sought. Don't forget to ask for a picnic lunch to take with you, or have the hotel staff arrange for a special lunch package to be arranged at one of the waterfalls. You are in for one of the most amazing days of you life.

Day 3: Mountain Pine Ridge (Free Day)

Another free day to enjoy the numerous activities possible directly from the resort. Day 4: Mountain Pine Ridge - San Pedro (Ambergris Caye)
|
Depart from the hotel at 10:00 am in rout to Belize International Airport in Belize City with air transfer to beautiful San Pedro in Ambergris Caye. Arrive into Belize International Airport around 12:30 pm and catch your Tropic Air flight 70 departing at 13:40 pm (15 minute flight) to San Pedro. Upon arrival at the San Pedro airport, you will be greeted by the hotel transporters and be transferred directly to your deluxe seaside hotel. Spend the afternoon/evening at your deluxe resort enjoying the various hotel amenities where pristine white sand beaches, lively Caribbean towns, deserted islands and brilliant turquoise waters await. You will spend your days enjoying some of the best snorkeling and diving in the world, fishing, pool or spa at the hotel, or just relaxing on the beach. Spend your evenings relaxing under the stars, enjoy a world class dinner at the hotel or one of the many restaurants in the area, or enjoy a night of Caribbean entertainment at the various bars and restaurants.

Day 5: San Pedro (Free Day)

Free day to enjoy the hotels amenities and islands beautiful beaches, or opt to experience the world's best diving & snorkeling in miles of untouched barrier reef, salt-water fly or deep sea fishing, beach combing, etc. There are also a number of mainland river and jungle attractions easily accessible from San Pedro. You're invited to visit the hotel's activity center staffed by professional service oriented personnel that can help you plan all your fun filled days during your stay. Choose from activities such as: Scuba diving Hol Chan Marine Reserve Park, the great Blue Hole or one of the many other amazing sites, snorkeling, reef fishing, flat fishing, sport fishing, Mayan Ruins tours to Lamanai, Altun Ha & Tikal, bicycling, cave tubing, kayaking or shopping in San Pedro. Day 7: San Pedro - Belize International Airport
|
Last free morning to enjoy the many wonders of Ambergris Caye. Be transferred at (time to be confirmed) by hotel shuttle or taxi (please arrange directly at hotel) to San Pedro Airstrip for your Tropic Air flight (time to be confirmed) to Belize International Airport for your connecting flight home. Flights departing hourly from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm (15 min flight time).
AIR TRANSPORT: Transfer from hotel to San Pedro Airstrip at (time to be confirmed) for Tropic Air flight departing at (time to be confirmed) to Belize International Airport (15 min flight) for your connecting flight home.

Day 4, 5 & 6 - SAN PEDRO, AMBERGRIS CAYE
Ambergris Caye is Belize's best known and most popular caye. A small tropical paradise ideal for sun, sand, exploration, and relaxation lovers, as stretches of white sanded beach run parallel to the reef on the eastside and wildlife flourishes all along the western shore. Bungalow style resorts offer private and personal atmospheres and the small town of San Pedro with its boutiques, cafes, Tiki bars, guest houses, shops, and restaurants makes for a pleasant change after your day on the beach.
