CUISINE
At Morgan's Rock you will savor nature’s flavors and enjoy eating locally grown foods, where about 70 percent is grown on the hacienda. And a freshly caught fish is just a beachfront away! While enjoying the local flavors, you will also engage in a vital learning experience about reforestation and tree farming, both practiced in the hacienda. What’s more, by becoming part of this pioneer project you can help save the last tropical forests both locally and ultimately worldwide. Tours & activities at Morgan’s Rock take place in the privileged setting of the Hacienda that entails various ecosystems such as primary tropical dry forest, secondary forest, hardwood plantations, pastures, untouched beaches and hills overlooking volcanoes, Lake Nicaragua and the Pacific Ocean. Reservation Terms:

• 50% of invoiced amount is required in order to confirm reservation, balance due 45 days prior to arrival
• Cancellations must be made in writing 45 days prior to arrival date for full refund, excluding any cancellation fees that may be charged by the hotel and the administrative fee identified herein below. If cancellations are not made in writing within 45 days, penalties may be equal to the total invoiced amount (hotel terms will apply.) All cancellations received at any time will be charged $50 US administrative fee.
