AMENITIES
• The 15 villas all have one king size bed and one hanging queen lounge bed with mosquito nets as well as one bathtub in the common area.
• All villas have private bathrooms with hot water. However, please note: The running water comes from a well, and is brackish. Water pressure may not be as strong as you are used to at home, and the water quality may vary from what you are used to. The exterior bathtubs are intended to be used as lounge tubs filled with warm water. Unfortunately due to jungle conditions, there is not enough hot water available to fill them up with hot water.
• All Azulik villas are equipped with ceiling fans, electronic safes, wireless internet access, hanging beds on the outside decks, as well as cushions on the outside chairs.
• Concierge Services, Room Service (8 a.m. to 10 p.m.), and In-Room Spa Services
• Restaurant & Bar Service at nearby sister hotels Zahra and Cabanas Copal and others
ROOM TYPES
Beach Villas: The Beach Villas rise up above the sandy beach on stilts. These three villas (#13, 14 & 15) have a wide view of the sea and easy access from the deck directly to the sandy beach.
Sea Villas: The Sea Villas are perched on a rocky cliff above the sea. (Numbers #2 & 3 share a staircase down to the beach below.)
Romance Villa: Returning guests will remember this as Azulik #1. This villa has a stairway down to the water, with a short walk to the beach.
Honeymoon Villa: The best view, perched on the end of the cliff with a stairway to the sandy beach for direct beach access. Returning guests will remember this as Azulik # 12.
ACTIVITIES
Wake up early for a swim in the sea, or stay in to enjoy room service on your private beachfront terrace overlooking the Caribbean. Spend your days filled with activities: explore the coral reef in a sea kayak with snorkel gear to check out the details below; hike through the tropical jungle in search of spider or howler monkeys; discover ancient Mayan culture in Mexico’s mystical initiations at archaeological sites, including Tulum, Muyil, Coba, and Chichen Itza.
