ROOM TYPES
Double Rooms: These rooms are equipped with one king size bed or two individual beds. Maximum occupancy is 2 people: 2 adults or 1 adult and one child. It is not possible to accommodate more than 2 people, except if it is a baby sharing the bed with its parents.
Suites: The suites have a living and dining area, fully equipped kitchenette and one bedroom. Bedding is either one king size bed or two individual beds (subject to availability). Maximum occupancy is 3 people (the third person can sleep on a roll-in bed in the living room). The suites can also accommodate a family (2 adults, 2 kids). It this case two roll-in beds would be added to the living room.
Villas: The villas have a living and dining area, fully equipped kitchenette and two bedrooms. One bedroom with one king size bed and the other with two individual beds. The prices below are based on a 4-people-occupancy, but the villas can accommodate up to 6 people. The 2 additional personas would sleep on roll-in beds in the living room.

Reservation Terms:

• 50% of invoiced amount is required in order to confirm reservation, balance due 45 days prior to arrival
• Cancellations must be made in writing 45 days prior to arrival date for full refund, excluding any cancellation fees that may be charged by the hotel and the administrative fee identified herein below. If cancellations are not made in writing within 45 days, penalties may be equal to the total invoiced amount (hotel terms will apply.) All cancellations received at any time will be charged $50 US administrative fee.
