• Charming Balinese style villas (3 different types) equipped with modern appliances, and wide sundecks surrounded by lush tropical gardens and oceanfront
• The villas feature great rooms and wide covered decks with hammocks. Large louvered doors roll back to reveal floor-to-ceiling vistas of native trees, exotic flowers and sea views.
• All villas have an individual decorated interior, a well-equipped kitchen with full-sized American appliances and an ingeniously designed bar. They also feature spacious bathrooms with imported stone tiles.

The Hibiscus Villas: One master bedroom/bathroom suite and one or two additional bedrooms sharing one bathroom (ideal for families).
Maximum occupancy: 4-6 pers. (depending on beds in villa)
The Bougainvillea Villas: Choice of two styles: two master bed-/bathrooms suites (ideal for 2 couples) or one master bed-/bathroom suite and two additional bedrooms sharing one bathroom (reasonably larger than the Hibiscus; an excellent choice for families)
Maximum occupancy: 4-6 pers. (depending on beds in villa)
The Coconut Grove Cottage: Top luxury villa right on the beach with a private plunge pool, AC, one master bed-/bathroom suite and two additional bedrooms sharing one bathroom

Reservation Terms:

• 50% of invoiced amount is required in order to confirm reservation, balance due 45 days prior to arrival
• Cancellations must be made in writing 61 days prior to arrival date for full refund (121 days for holiday season bookings), excluding any cancellation fees that may be charged by the hotel and the administrative fee identified herein below. If cancellations are not made in writing within 61 days (121 days for holiday season bookings), penalties may be equal to the total invoiced amount (hotel terms will apply.) All cancellations received at any time will be charged $50 US administrative fee.
