One Bedroom Condo (Beach Front / Pool Side): Each condo has between 950 and 1250 sq. feet. It offers one main bedroom with a queen size bed, private bathroom full of amenities, dinning set for 4 people, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, living room with a full size sofa bed, cable TV, VHS or DVD player, a front terrace with a great view of the white sand beach or our beautiful pool.
Junior Suite: Each Junior Suite is 1290 sq. feet and offers one main bedroom with a queen size bed, an additional bedroom with a queen size bed or a set of bunk beds, one bathroom full of amenities, dinning room set for 4 people, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, living room with a full size sofa bed, cable TV, VHS or DVD player, a front terrace with a great view of our beautiful pool.
Master Suite: Our Master Suite condo is 1450 sq. feet and offers two bedrooms with queen size beds, two bathrooms full of amenities, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dinning room set for 4 people, living room with a full size sofa bed, cable TV, VHS and DVD players, two front terraces with a great view of our beautiful pool.

Mayan Princess Beach Bar & Grill offers a tasty selection of fine seafood and island fare from their beachfront palapa, often the scene of lively gatherings, especially on weekends when tourists and island residents come out to enjoy the beach.
The soon to be completed 200-seat beachfront restaurant at the Mayan Princess promises to be West Bay’s finest eatery and gathering place. Dramatic mosaics on the interior and exterior walls and artfully designed mosaic tables provide an exciting setting for the restaurant’s indoor and outdoor seating areas.
