Single Rooms: These rooms are equipped with one queen size bed or two beds that are slightly smaller than queen; subject to availability. Maximum occupancy is 1 person.

Double Rooms: These rooms are equipped with two beds that are slightly smaller than queen. Maximum occupancy is 2 people.

Triple Rooms: These rooms are equipped with one king size bed and a twin bed or two beds that are slightly smaller than queen; subject to availability. Maximum occupancy is 3 people.

Quadruple Rooms: These rooms are equipped with two beds that are slightly smaller than queen. Maximum occupancy is 5 people (one roll-in bed can be added).

Suites: The suites have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom is equipped with one king size bed and the other with two beds that are slightly smaller than queen. Maximum occupancy is 6 people; minimum occupancy is 4 people. (One of the suites also features a living area and kitchenette.)

• Payments accepted via Wire Transfer, Check or Credit Card
• A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival date (60 days for Christmas/New Year and Easter reservations).
• Cancellations must be made in writing 45 days prior to arrival date (60 days for Christmas/New Year and Easter reservations) for full refund, subject to any cancellation fees that may be charged by the hotel and the administrative fee identified herein below. If cancellations are not made in writing within 45 days (60 days for Christmas/New Year and Easter reservations), penalties may be equal to the total invoiced amount (hotel terms will apply.)
• All cancellations received at any time will be charged a minimum $100 US administrative fee.
