Reservation Terms:

• 50% of invoiced amount is required in order to confirm reservation, balance due 45 days prior to arrival (Full payment required at time of booking for reservations during Easter Week and Christmas/New Years.)
• Cancellations must be made in writing 45 days prior to arrival date for full refund, excluding any cancellation fees that may be charged by the hotel and the administrative fee identified herein below. (Reservations for the Easter Week and Christmas/New Years are not refundable.) If cancellations are not made in writing within 45 days, penalties may be equal to the total invoiced amount (hotel terms will apply.) All cancellations received at any time will be charged $50 US administrative fee.
