Pork Chops and Tenderloin… For our meat eaters our kitchen provides the best in export cuts prepared with Honey Sauces, Mustard, Pepper and Wine or Hot and Spicy. Barbecues are also a fun option!
Chicken… Milanese Style; Chicken with Sherry Sauce; Lemon and Pepper; Hot and Spicy Latino Chicken; and our own "Chiclero" (Gum Harvester) Chicken cooked with many spices from the Rainforest.
