ROOM TYPES

Rainforest Casita: Nestled in the forest with a partial view of the lake, these duplex-style Casitas feature native furniture, arts and crafts, queen size bed, and a comfortable private bathroom. Outside, enjoy a covered deck with hammocks and comfortable chairs. This room accommodates a maximum of 3 adults but cannot exceed 3 guests in total.

Lakeview Casita: A large deck with hammocks and chairs provides a comfortable setting for views of the lake and rainforest. Each Casita features an extra large bedroom with queen-size bed and large marble tile bathroom. Antique Balinese and Guatemalan artwork and furniture throughout. Be prepared for visits from the friendly howler monkeys that come right up to the edge of the decks. The duplex-style units have shared decks which are separated by privacy curtains. This room accommodates a maximum of 4 adults but cannot exceed 4 guests in total.

• Cancellations must be made in writing 45 days prior to arrival date (60 days for Christmas/New Year and Easter reservations) for full refund, subject to any cancellation fees that may be charged by the hotel and the administrative fee identified herein below. If cancellations are not made in writing within 45 days (60 days for Christmas/New Year and Easter reservations), penalties may be equal to the total invoiced amount (hotel terms will apply.)
