• Nine exclusively furnished rooms with wonderful views of Lake Atitlan from the private balconies/terraces (except Superior Room). All rooms, except one of the Deluxe Rooms which has 2 twin beds, are equipped with one queen or one king bed.
• Suite Palopo consists of a Junior Suite, a Deluxe Room plus a small living area/library.
• The Villa features 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, jacuzzi and a private pool and is situated approx. 150 stairs above the main building and restaurant.
• The international restaurant has the special Guatemalan touch. Breakfast and lunch are served alfresco under the fresh breeze of the “Xocomil”, drinks and candle light dinners have as stage the Bar Azul and the cozy dining room.

If cancellations are not made in writing within 45 days (90 days prior for Peak Season dates), penalties may be equal to the total invoiced amount (hotel terms will apply.)
