• 103 spacious standard rooms and 11 Junior/Ambassador Suites, all with furnishings handcrafted by local artisans
• All standard rooms feature a private balcony or terrace overlooking the resort´s impeccably landscaped tropical gardens. Some also include direct view of the impressive Arenal Volcano (Superior Premium Rooms) and others feature a lovely view of the property’s rainforest.
• The standard rooms are equipped with either one king sized bed or two double sized beds
• Room amenities include air-conditioning, cable TV, hair dryer, safety box and coffeemaker.
• Deluxe Forest rooms feature an indoor bath-Jacuzzi and one king sized bed as well as a spacious living area.
• In the standard rooms one rollaway or crib (in king-bedded rooms) is available for guests on advance notice
• Junior/Ambassador Suites offer exceptional views of the gardens for relaxation and romantic moments. The Honeymoon Suite boasts an incredible view of the majestic volcano.
• All Suites feature a cozy Jacuzzi on a private balcony or patio.

CUISINE
The resort’s attentive staff awaits you in their two restaurants, serving international and traditional Costa Rican cuisine. Ave de Paraiso, offering a captivating view of the volcano and hot springs, is open daily for light lunches and an appetizing buffet dinner. Los Tucanes, located adjacent to the hotel's cascading waterfall pool and swim-up bar, is the signature restaurant of the resort, combining local tropical flavors with international fare, inviting guests to enjoy a memorable dining experience. A delicious buffet breakfast, complimentary for hotel guests, is served daily at Los Tucanes.

Enjoy this natural wonder of Costa Rica and soothing feeling in any of mineral pools and naturally warm waterfalls. Each thermo mineral water pool varies in temperature and depth, and some vary in mineral count.

• Cancellations must be made in writing 45 days prior to arrival date for full refund, excluding any cancellation fees that may be charged by the hotel and the administrative fee identified herein below. If cancellations are not made in writing within 45 days, penalties may be equal to the total invoiced amount (hotel terms will apply.) All cancellations received at any time will be charged $50 US administrative fee.
