ROOM TYPES
Forest & Superior Rooms: All rooms feature a private balcony or terrace overlooking the resort´s impeccably landscaped tropical gardens or the lush green forest. They are equipped with either one king sized bed or two double sized beds. One rollaway or crib (in king-bedded rooms) is available for guests on advanced notice.
Max. occupancy: 3 adults + 1 child or 2 adults + 2 children
Superior Premium Rooms: These rooms offer amplitude and comfort and feature one king size bed and a sofa bed for relaxation.
Max. occupancy: 2 adults + 1 child or 3 adults
Deluxe Premium Rooms: The elegant and comfortable Deluxe Premium rooms seamlessly blend indoor luxury with an outdoor terrace, which includes an area overlooking the native tropical landscape. Bathroom includes a spacious Jacuzzi and a separate glass-enclosed shower. The Deluxe Premium have a king size bed with a view of the forest.

Junior / Honeymoon Suites: Junior Suites offer exceptional views of the gardens for relaxation and romantic moments. The Honeymoon Suite boasts an incredible view of the majestic volcano. All Suites feature a cozy Jacuzzi on a private balcony or patio. In addition to the amenities of the standard rooms the Suites include a fully stocked minibar and luxury cotton bathrobes. They come with one king sized bed.

CUISINE
The resort’s attentive staff awaits you in their two restaurants, serving international and traditional Costa Rican cuisine. Ave de Paraiso, offering a captivating view of the volcano and hot springs, is open daily for light lunches and an appetizing buffet dinner. Los Tucanes, located adjacent to the hotel's cascading waterfall pool and swim-up bar, is the signature restaurant of the resort, combining local tropical flavors with international fare, inviting guests to enjoy a memorable dining experience. Enjoy this natural wonder of Costa Rica and soothing feeling in any of mineral pools and naturally warm waterfalls. Each thermo mineral water pool varies in temperature and depth, and some vary in mineral count.

Reservation Terms:

• 50% of invoiced amount is required in order to confirm reservation, balance due 45 days prior to arrival
• Cancellations must be made in writing 45 days prior to arrival date for full refund, excluding any cancellation fees that may be charged by the hotel and the administrative fee identified herein below. If cancellations are not made in writing within 45 days, penalties may be equal to the total invoiced amount (hotel terms will apply.) All cancellations received at any time will be charged $50 US administrative fee.
