Home Rental: Secluded and with a rustic air, our Home Rental approximate a private tropical resort. Multiple accommodations and bathrooms, large common areas, and a private pool make them ideal for larger parties. These beach homes are owned by private individuals but managed by Hotel Punta Islita. Situated in the Hotel's periphery, they have full access to the restaurant, pool, beach club, and Spa facilities. Property size and configuration varies. Home Rental does not include breakfast. A 3-night-minimum rental applies year-round.

• Airstrip/Hotel ground transportation: $20 per person, round trip. • 3 nights minimum all year round on Home Rentals.

• A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival date (60 days for Christmas/New Year and Easter reservations).
• Cancellations must be made in writing 45 days prior to arrival date (60 days for Christmas/New Year and Easter reservations) for full refund, subject to any cancellation fees that may be charged by the hotel and the administrative fee identified herein below. If cancellations are not made in writing within 45 days (60 days for Christmas/New Year and Easter reservations), penalties may be equal to the total invoiced amount (hotel terms will apply.)
• All cancellations received at any time will be charged a minimum $100 US administrative fee.
