AMENITIES
• Forty rooms in four categories as well as three signature suites. • All rooms are furnished in Tropical Victorian styles with wrought-iron beds and rich damask fabrics in three jeweled color schemes - navy, burgundy and forest-green. The art and furnishings are handcrafted by Costa Rican artists. No two rooms are alike. • Private baths are blue and white Italian tile adorned with gleaming base fixtures. • All rooms have cable TV, free internet access, mini-bars, in-room safes and ceiling fans • Restaurant & Bar Service • Two event salons with a capacity of 16 / 40 people. • Room Service, Safe Parking, Fax and Mail Service, Laundry Service, Currency Exchange, and Tour Desk
ROOM TYPES
Standard Room: This room offers cozy quarters with a queen bed and private bathroom with shower.
Superior Room: While a bit smaller than the deluxe rooms, most superior rooms have a bathtub/shower combination; all come with a queen bed.
Deluxe Room: The most spacious of the 3 room categories. All deluxe rooms have a bathtub/shower combination and either one queen and one twin bed or two queen beds.
Deluxe King: Same amenities as the deluxe room, but with a king size bed.
Family Suite: A two-room suite with a queen and twin bed in one room and a queen bed in the second room, comfortably accommodating up to 5 people.
Garden Suite: A spacious suite with a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom as well as a small sitting room, which opens to a private tropical garden.
Vista de Oro Suite: Reached by a private staircase, the Vista de Oro Suite lives up to its name commanding a breathtaking view of the Cordillera Central mountain range and the Central Valley skyline. Tiles, individually handmade in hues of ocher and sienna, covers the walls and are complemented by rich wood paneling.
CUISINE
Restaurante Grano de Oro merges Costa Rican tropical with European cuisine under the expertise of its French-trained chef. Once a simple café, this restaurant has evolved into one of San Jose’s finest dining establishments, frequented by locals and tourists alike. Friendly, bilingual waiters will welcome you from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.

• Check In time: 3:00 pm (15:00 hrs) & Check Out: 12:00 pm (12:00 hrs) • Children under 2 years can share a room with their parents free of charge • Extra Person: $10 (maximum 2 people extra / No extra persons allowed in Standard and Superior rooms.) • Smoking is not permitted in any of the rooms. • With every booked room US $5 will be donated for the relief organization “Casa Luz” which is a home for sexual abused young mothers and their children.

Reservation Terms:

• 50% of invoiced amount is required in order to confirm reservation, balance due 45 days prior to arrival (For reservations between Dec 15th and Jan 14th balance due by October 31st the latest). • Cancellations must be made in writing 45 days prior to arrival date for full refund, excluding any cancellation fees that may be charged by the hotel and the administrative fee identified herein below. If cancellations are not made in writing within 45 days, penalties may be equal to the total invoiced amount (hotel terms will apply.) All cancellations received at any time will be charged $50 US administrative fee.
