ROOM TYPES
Villa: Duplex style units with two separate rooms joined by a common wall. Each room offers two full size beds.
Bungalow: Single standing buildings with a private covered porch. Each bungalow offers two full size beds.
Bungalow Superior: Bungalows Superior are similar to the Bungalows but equipped with a king size sleigh bed.
Bungalow Deluxe: Single standing buildings with a four poster king size bed with canopy and upscale furniture.
Junior Suite: The Jr. Suite is a single standing house, with separate living and bedroom areas and outdoor terrace with panoramic Pacific Ocean views. The living area includes a pullout sofa, bar and ceiling fan. The bedroom has a king size bed, ceiling fan, and sliding privacy doors. The bathroom has a double sink vanity, rainfall shower, jacuzzi, separate WC, hair dryer, hot water, walk-in closet, linen closet and amenities.
CUISINE
The Borinquen Restaurant serves national and international cuisine prepared with the best quality standards. Excellent cuts of meat, fresh fruits and vegetables and sumptuous desserts are prepared with your absolute delight in mind. There are also a snack and juice bar and a swim-up bar where you can enjoy tropical drinks.

Reservation Terms:

• 50% of invoiced amount is required in order to confirm reservation, balance due 45 days prior to arrival • Cancellations must be made in writing 45 days prior to arrival date for full refund, excluding any cancellation fees that may be charged by the hotel and the administrative fee identified herein below. If cancellations are not made in writing within 45 days, penalties may be equal to the total invoiced amount (hotel terms will apply.) All cancellations received at any time will be charged $50 US administrative fee.
