Reef View Suites: This 550-square-foot villa with a beautiful interior space is located 125 feet from the Caribbean Sea and has a very good view of the barrier reef. One or two person occupancy.

Sea View Cabanas: This spacious and beautifully appointed 600-square-foot villa is located 125 feet from the Caribbean Sea and includes two queen-size beds, views of the barrier reef and the sea & full bathroom. One or two person occupancy.

Sea Breeze Suites: This 550-square-foot villa of casual elegance is located 200 feet from the Caribbean Sea with garden view. One or two person occupancy.

Beachfront Casitas: This casually elegant 550-square-foot villa is just slightly smaller than the Deluxe Beachfront Casita and is popular among guests because of its close proximity to the Caribbean Sea and unobstructed view of the barrier reef. Wonderfully located only 50 feet from the Caribbean Sea. One or two person occupancy.

Deluxe Beachfront Casitas: This luxurious 600-square-foot villa is the most popular accommodation choice among guests. Located 50 feet away from the Caribbean Sea with an unobstructed view of the barrier reef. One or two person occupancy.

Luxury Caribbean Villas: Two impressive 1,700-square-foot villas, ideal for families or a group of friends. Located on the highest part of the resort and elevated for additional privacy, both of these luxurious, authentically designed villas have two spacious air-conditioned bedrooms each with king bed and a private screened patio, full en-suite bathrooms, kitchenette, living room and sun deck. Up to four-person occupancy.

Beach Mansion: Matachica’s largest villa features 3,000 square feet of artistically designed interior space and is located on the highest part of the resort, ensuring additional privacy. It is a great choice for a large family or a group of friends. The beach mansion has three bedrooms, each with king-size bed, including a top-floor master bedroom with its own private sun deck with a breathtaking panoramic view. In addition, it features three full en-suite bathrooms with jungle rain showers, a grand living area, kitchenette, a very large outdoor verandah & two covered and screened patios.
