Catering to guest’s desire to mix an adventure experience with fine dining, the Ka’ana culinary team produces plates designed to please the palate with a menu featuring gourmet Central America-inspired cuisine, complemented by one of the premier wine cellars in the Mesoamerican region. In addition to serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, the restaurant will prepare picnic lunches upon request.
