Reservations:

• 50% of invoiced amount is required in order to confirm reservation, balance due 45 days prior to arrival (90 days for high season)
• Cancellations must be made in writing 90 days prior to arrival date for full refund, excluding any cancellation fees that may be charged by the hotel and the administrative fee identified herein below. If cancellations are not made in writing within 90 days, penalties may be equal to the total invoiced amount (hotel terms will apply.) All cancellations received at any time will be charged $50 US per administrative fee.
