ROOM TYPES
Garden Cabana: Nestled in the resort’s carefully manicured gardens, the comfortable Garden Cabanas showcase native arts and antiques, plus a large screened-in porch with hammock. Each Garden Cabana offers one queen size bed. This room accommodates a maximum of 3 adults but cannot exceed 3 guests in total.
Family Cabana: The spacious Family Cabana is well-appointed with a large table, queen bed, a pair of twin beds, and the charm of a hammock. A large screened-in porch overlooks our beautiful gardens. This room accommodates a maximum of 4 adults and a maximum of 2 children but cannot exceed 4 guests in total.
Riverfront Cabana: An expansive deck with wrap-around walkway ensures a dramatic view of the Privassion River. Elegantly themed with native art and local textiles, each cabana offers one queen-size bed and hand-painted tile bath. This room accommodates a maximum of 3 adults but cannot exceed 3 guests in total.
Honeymoon Cabana: Perched over a Privassion Creek waterfall, the Honeymoon Cabanas offer the ideal getaway. Both honeymoon cabanas have huge private decks overlooking the falls. This room accommodates a maximum of 2 adults and a maximum of 1 child but cannot exceed 3 guests in total.
Luxury Cabana: Secluded, elevated location overlooking Privassion Creek (to the east of Riverfront Cabana 1). Private infinity plunge pool, walled garden with outdoor shower, expansive hardwood decking and luxurious leisure create the ultimate honeymoon accommodations. This room accommodates a maximum of 3 adults but cannot exceed 3 guests in total.
Deluxe 2-Bedroom Villa: Skirting Privassion Creek, the roomy 1,600 sq. ft. villas feature a large comfortable open-air living room with kitchenette. Off the living room are two luxurious bedrooms, each with its own full bath. This room accommodates a maximum of 6 adults but cannot exceed 6 guests in total.
Francis Ford Coppola Villa: Find dramatic views from the impressive open-air living area. A kitchenette and table seating 14 adjoins two large bedrooms with full bath. Francis's personal art and antiques are displayed throughout. A generous plunge pool is surrounded by a private sun deck and lush tropical garden. This room accommodates a maximum of 4 adults and a maximum of 4 children but cannot exceed 4 guests in total.
The Enchanted Cottage Remote, private and luxurious. Panoramic views of the Privassion Creek valley and waterfalls unfold beyond the infinity pool. Luxury bathroom with steam room and open fire, full kitchen, wireless internet and private staff make this the ultimate hideaway. This room accommodates a maximum of 4 adults but cannot exceed 4 guests in total.

Coppola's traditional family recipes are served at the lodges restaurant. Exquisite daily specials are made with fresh fruits and vegetables from the lodge’s own three-acre self-sustaining organic garden that produce all of the fruits and vegetables used to make Coppola's traditional family recipes. Dine on fresh seafood, smoked meats and authentic Neapolitan pizzas cooked in a wood-burning Italian oven. Local rum punches await you at the Jaguar Bar.

• Cancellations must be made in writing 45 days (60 days in peak season) prior to arrival date for full refund, excluding any cancellation fees that may be charged by the hotel and the administrative fee identified herein below. If cancellations are not made in writing within 45 days (60 days in peak season), penalties may be equal to the total invoiced amount (hotel terms will apply.) All cancellations received at any time will be charged $50 US administrative fee.
