ROOM TYPES
• 2 four bedroom/four bathroom suites, 3 three bedroom/three bathroom suites, 3 suites with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, 42 one bedroom/one bathroom suites as well as 22 Balcony Rooms and 6 Veranda rooms
• All rooms are equipped with air-condition.
• The Veranda/Balcony rooms have one King size or two Twin size beds. These rooms do not have kitchens, but a refrigerator and cable TV.
• The Courtyard suites have Queen size beds, small side Balconies and kitchen/living room area.
• The Ocean Front suites have Private Ocean Front Balconies, King size beds and kitchen/living room area.
• Suites with two bedrooms or more have Jacuzzi bathtubs.
• All kitchens are supplied with cooking utensils, plates, glasses and appliances including microwave oven, coffee maker, stovetop and refrigerator. The living area includes a Queen size sleeper sofa or futon and cable TV.

Reservation Terms:

• 50% of invoiced amount is required in order to confirm reservation, balance due 45 days prior to arrival
• Cancellations must be made in writing 45 days prior to arrival date for full refund, excluding any cancellation fees that may be charged by the hotel and the administrative fee identified herein below. If cancellations are not made in writing within 45 days, penalties may be equal to the total invoiced amount (hotel terms will apply.) All cancellations received at any time will be charged $50 US administrative fee.
